Dr. Nafina Jasmine is a Consultant in Dermatology. She was trained in Dermatology at the prestigious institute of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) University, Kasturba Medical college(KMC) Manipal. She has undergone advanced training from the institute and is specialized in the management of diverse dermatological conditions and is skilled in various Dermato-surgical and Aesthetic procedures such as LASERS, Anti-aging treatments such as BOTOX & Fillers, Hydrafacials, Chemical peeling, Microdermabrasion, MNRF, Microneedling/dermarolling, PRP therapy, Mesotherapy, Electrosurgery, Intralesional injections, skin biopsies etc. She extends her interest in certain surgical procedures such as Ear lobe correction, Lipoma excision, Sebaceous cyst excision, Nail procedures as well. She is trained in Hair transplantation. She has received hands-on training in Botox and Fillers from SAARC Association of Aesthetic dermatology workshop, Mumbai. She has done Clinical Observership Training Programme at Amaryllis Cosmetic Clinic, Abudhabi for Botox, Fillers and other cosmetic procedures. She has special interest in Aesthetic dermatology, Dermatosurgery, Pediatric dermatology and Clinical dermatology.
She has been an invited Faculty as Panelist, Speaker & Chairperson at National and State Conferences & Workshops (Dermatology & Pediatric conferences). She has had numerous presentations at State & National conferences, CMEs and at affiliated institution. She has been awarded the Best speaker at the affiliated institution in 2018 and 2019. She is an author to the Newsletter of Ped-Dermatology Journal 2019. She was the Secretary of IMA Trivandrum, Women doctors wing (2019-2020).
